This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use applicable to Excelory and its Websites and Services, and is deemed to be incorporated into the Terms of Use by way of reference, and the meanings of specific terms defined in the Terms of Use apply to this Privacy Policy. Excelory respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy informs you of our privacy practices and of the choices you can make about the way information about you and your online activity is collected and how that information is used.

Scope of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Our Websites and Services, except that a privacy policy or statements specific to particular Excelory Websites and/or Services may supersede or supplement this Privacy Policy.

Owing to the nature of Our business, Excelory has technical systems, business operations, processes and personnel, alliances, affiliations, contracts, and other business relationships with various entities, which may span across the globe and require the exchange of data, including Your personal information, across international borders.

Our Website and/or Services may provide links to third-party applications, products, services, or websites for your convenience and information. If you use these links, you will leave Our Website. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or applications, even if it may seem so from our sales or informational sources. Excelory does not control those Third Party websites or services or their privacy practices, which may differ from the privacy practices of Excelory, and, as such, are outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. The personal data you choose to provide to or that is collected by these Third Parties is not covered by the Excelory Privacy Policy. Personal Information Collection

Excelory collects, exports and/or imports, and uses Your personal information to improve Our Websites and Services, and to better serve You and personalize Your experience and interaction with Excelory.

The types of personal information collected by Us may include, amongst others, the following:

  • Contact information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email addresses, social media handles, etc.

If you choose to use any of Our referral programs, We may ask you for personal information of those you refer Our Services to. Such personal details include those listed above and any other contact information required to send your referees an invitation to participate in the program and/or related sales activities.

If you purchase or otherwise show interest in any of Our Services through our Affiliates, resellers, alliances or other business partners, information gathered by them may be passed on to Excelory.

In addition to the information you provide, Excelory may also collect information during your visit to an Excelory website, web-based applications, or a website “powered by” another company on behalf of Excelory, such as websites and services of our alliances or other partners from whom we rebrand and/or resell, through our Automatic Data Collection Tools, which include Web Beacons, Browser Cookies, and Embedded Web Links. Excelory does not knowingly collect information from children under the legal age of 13, and does not target its websites to individuals below the allowed age limit as defined under any law of the concerned country or region. Browser Cookies

Excelory or its service providers utilize cookies when you surf Our Websites or websites where our advertisements appear, and when you make purchases or perform other functions. Web Beacons

Some Excelory and third-party websites, applications, and HTML-formatted emails use Web beacons, alone or in conjunction with cookies, to compile information about your website usage and your interaction with email, as well as to measure performance on Excelory Websites, applications, and websites “powered by” another company on behalf of Excelory. A web beacon is an electronic image, called a single-pixel (1×1) or clear GIF. Web beacons can recognize certain types of information on your computer such as cookies, the time and date of a page viewed, and a description of the page where the web beacon is placed. For example, through web beacons and personalized URLs embedded in these emails or newsletters, Excelory can track whether you’ve opened those messages and whether you’ve clicked on links contained within those messages. Embedded Web Links

Emails from Excelory, as well as other Excelory Products and Services, may use links designed to lead you to a relevant area on the Web, after redirection through infrastructure owned by or otherwise accessible to Excelory. The redirection system allows Excelory to change the destination URL of these links, if necessary, and to determine the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

In emails, such web links may also allow Excelory to determine whether you have clicked a link in an email, and this information about the interaction may be connected to your personal identity. If you do not want Excelory to collect information about the links that you click, you can:

Device & OS Enabled Features

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Excelory will not be keep your sensitive personal information longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your information, such as credit card information, for future dealings and ease of access, etc.

How We Share Your Information

Excelory will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others except as described in this Privacy Policy. Excelory shares personal information in the following ways:

Excelory retains service providers, suppliers and other Third Party entities to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions and to assist Excelory with marketing and communication initiatives and for other purposes. These Third Parties include, but are not limited to, credit card processors and payment gateways, data centre service providers, domain registrars, telecommunication operators and service providers, value added service providers, providers of customer support and live-help, marketing, email service providers, automated data processors, and shipping agents. Through the Terms of Use of Our Websites and Services, such Third Parties are required to keep confidential and secure the information received on behalf of Excelory or otherwise through their dealings with Us, and they may not use such information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Excelory.

From time to time, Excelory may participate in marketing initiatives with other companies, including websites “powered by” another company on behalf of Excelory. As part of these initiatives, certain Excelory services and marketing communications may be delivered at the same time as those from other companies. Some of these services and communications offer you the option to share personal information with both Excelory and the other companies participating in these initiatives. For example, you may receive marketing communications from Excelory and other companies or have the opportunity to register online for software products from multiple companies. Your Privacy Preferences & Choices

As part of Our Services and business operations, we may need to provide you with certain communication, such as service announcements and administrative messages, which you may not be able to opt-out of. This includes communication primarily for the purpose of administering order fulfilment, contracts, support, product safety warnings, or other administrative and transactional notices where the primary purpose of these communications is, in Our sole discretion, not promotional in nature.

Excelory gives you the choice of receiving certain product- and service-specific communication, communication that complements our products and services, newsletters and offers, and other communication that we feel may be of interest to you, collectively referred to as General Communication. You can choose not to receive such General Communication from Excelory.

  • Write to us using the Contact Form available on Our Website.
  • Write to the postal address of Excelory’s head office, addressing the communication to The Privacy Officer.

Wherever possible, when communicating with us through non-automated means, please provide us your Customer Identity, if any, or your name and contact details, and specific relevant information about the Excelory subscriptions that you no longer wish to receive. In response to your opt-out request, before we modify your settings, we may call you to verify your authenticity or to confirm the extent to which you would like to stop receiving communication from us.

Please be aware that when you opt out of receiving certain subscription communications, it may affect the quality of the services you have chosen to receive from Excelory.

Access to & Accuracy of Information

Excelory strives to keep your personal information accurately recorded, and to provide you with reasonable access to personal information that you have provided to Excelory and the reasonable ability to review and correct it.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring a password and user ID, before granting access to your data.

Excelory takes seriously the trust you place in us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of the information, Excelory strives to utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process.

Excelory retains data only as required or permitted by local law and while it has a legitimate business purpose.

When collecting or transferring sensitive information such as credit card information we use additional security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The personal information you provide us is stored on computer systems located in controlled facilities that have limited access.
